    • I didn’t even notice the remote was in the photo until you pointed it out! She’s never been all that interested, luckily. I take it Frankie has a remote problem?

      Yay for one non-blurry photo!

    • Technically, she didn’t do anything naughty. She wouldn’t have been allowed in the chair if she had. Other than stealing a bone out of the garbage can, anyway, which is more our fault than hers. πŸ˜›

  1. You know that you’ve got to tell us what she’s done, don’t you? Love the jumping shot…If you had posted them in reverse order, it’d be like she jumped…onto the chair!! πŸ˜‰

    • A little while before I took the picture, she had stolen a bone out of the garbage can. But Shiva wasn’t really in trouble as that was more my fault than hers. I think she was just pouting that I took it away from her!

    • We are actually working on a “get the leash” trick. Maybe once we’ve nailed that we’ll move to the remote!

      Thanks!

  3. I hope your not accusing/blaming sweet Shiva of any wrong doing! She appears to be totally innoent in the first picture!

I’m glad to see I am not the only one who can not get a whole body shot of a dog in mid jump1

    • Shiva never does anything wrong. She is a furry angel. πŸ™‚

Ugh! You have no idea how many times I made her jump in the air to get the perfect shot. After about ten minutes I gave up. This was the best one out of the whole lot. I really need to work on my timing!

  4. Super photos – to me, esp. the chair one. It is so well balanced and just a bit quirky with the remote (mine would have been a play toy). I am impressed with the intact, stuffed chair. I am having a company come power-wash my formerly flooded basement tomorrow; they are also hauling away three (yes, 3) couches decimated by hounds (NOT in the basement). I am moving to lawn furniture. One day, when I am very old and retired to an efficiency apt, I may again have intact furniture. For now, like you, I love my FUR-niture :).

    • Shiva has yet to destroy any furniture. I wouldn’t put it passed her – we’re just very careful about what she has access to when we’re not around. She is usually more interested in eating shoes or finding out what’s in the garbage can…

Lawn furniture! I love it. πŸ™‚ You know you are dog crazy when…

  5. hello there, stopping by from the hop. I love these pictures. I like the first one because the chair gives the pic a vintagey feel and the I love the angle of the jumping shot in the second one. Happy Wednesday!

    • Sure, that must be it. It’s actually my husband’s chair and she never hesitates to fill it the moment he steps out of the room. We’ve long ago given up the rule where she needs to wait for permission. πŸ˜›

    • Very evil. But I am sure they have their reasons. Shive never used to go on our furniture either but I can’t remember when that rule changed. Your humans are obviously just stronger, better humans than we are.
